Houston Rockets guard James Harden wore a particularly loud outfit before his game against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday afternoon.

The 2018 NBA MVP sported a lime green suit over a black shirt and a gold chain before his game against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Christmas. He was wearing the Versace Chain Reaction sneakers to complete the look.

It was an obvious nod to The Grinch, the iconic Christmas villain. Harden recently took children on a shopping spree in Houston. During this trip, he joked with some of those in the store that he was The Grinch and was going to steal their gifts.

But despite the outfit, the guard was still one of the kinder folks feeling the holiday spirit. He reportedly gifted new MacBook computers and Beats by Dre headphones to all of his teammates.
